It is our pleasure to present to you the results gained by VICTORIA PLC. Reviewing and analysing 2006, we can make the following conclusions:
The company has got enough insurance reserves that are ensured at every single moment; our own funds cover several times the callable capital and the solvency margin. VICTORIA's profit after taxation to 31/12/2006 is 489 thousand BGN. The profit for the first three-quarters of the current year /e.d. till 30/09/2006/ is 73 thousand BGN. As the growth compared to the same period last year is 50 %.
The company operates through a wide network of agencies and offices for distribution of insurance products and giving service to our clients. We have managed to recruit some of the best experts in the field of insurance business, which enables us to think that in the next few years we'll succeed in handling the challenges of the market.

The entity works through its main agencies and offices all over the country, which number is above sixty.
During 2006 VICTORIA PLC has attracted the interest of well established international insurer. As a result at the end of the same year 67 % of the company's shares were sold to the F.A.T.A. Assicurazioni Danni S.p.A. - Generali group, which is 100 % owned by Generali group.
At 25 April 2007 a General meeting of the Shareholders of VICTORIA PLC was held and as per the preliminary announced agenda new members of the Supervisory board were elected, namely: Giuseppe Perissinotto and Giuseppe Vecchione, while Tsvetan Vassilev was re-elected as a Chairman.
We, in our capacity of managers, are pleased with the entity shareholdre's appraisal, given after the full legal and financial analyses, that once again confirmed our point of view that VICTORIA PLC is a company with its own pattern and rules that are correspodent to the requirements of the European insurance market and of course of the Bulgarian legislation. That is a guarantee for the protection of the clients' interests.
With the changes made in the share's structure, our company is on the path of intensive development of its activities. Here are the demensions to perform: offering attractive insurance products in the field of the agriculture insurance, creation of new offices and considerable growth of the entity's share in all lines-of-business at the Bulgarian insurance market.
Our main goal for 2007 is the implementation of the approved by the Managing board business programme and achievement of the profit planned from the activity of VICTORIA PLC.
On the ground of the approved business strategy for achievement of our goals and with the professional work of our qualified team, we believe that our company can be in the Top ten of Bulgarian insurance companies.
