"PERSONNEL +" PACKAGE

1. What is the object of that insurance?
All persons working, for the Contractor, under the terms of a labor contract.

2. Insurance Cover
The Insurer covers accidents and diseases no matter when they occurred.

3. Sum Insured
These are the offered Sums Insured about the different kinds of personnel groups:

4. Risks Covered
- Death caused by a covered accident- sum insured is paid to the legal heirs;
- Permanent inability to work or general disease with advance payment of a sum and a refund of the expenses.

Final payment for the permanent inability to work - It is a percent of the sum insured that is equal to the percent of the disablement, acknowledged by TEPC. The sums paid in advance are deducted as well as the medical expenses.The Insured does not refund the sums received, if the final payment for permanent inability to work is less than these sums.
 
5. CONCLUDED CONTRACT WITH THE MEDICAL LABOR SERVICE, CONFORMABLE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW OF HEALTH AND SECURE LABOR CONDITIONS AND DECREE No 14, 07.08.1998, BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, AS WELL AS ANNUAL PROPHYLACTIC EXAMINATION ACCORDING TO DECREE No 3 Medic Centre Robert Koch does the examination at the place of work.

6. The annual Insurance Premium per person is 40.50 lv.

I. Labor Medicine Activities

The Labor Medicine Service provides medical services according to the legislation.

     1. Evaluation of the risk situation of health and security labor of the workers and the clerks:

           Evaluation of the labor process, equipment, the places of work, the labor organization, the raw materials used, the labor environment;

           Specialized measuring and evaluation of the labor environment: microclimate, noise, lights, vibrations;

           Developing of references about reorganization of the place of work and the labor organization conforming to the datum obtained;

           Developing of references about the choice and the effectiveness of the individual and collective security; Making control cards for the places of work.

     2. Developing of evaluation cards for the labor conditions;

     3. Developing of cards for risk evaluation of the places of work. Mutual efforts for limiting the production risk connected with changes in the technological process.

     4. Analysis of the health condition of the workers and the clerks based on:

           The indexes of temporary and permanent inability to work, influenced by the labor conditions;

           Datum about labor trauma.

     5. Analysis of the labor organization and labor methods in order the individual to be adapted to the labor requirements and to be integrated to the labor team.

     6. Training of committees or groups at the labor conditions.

II. Annual prophylactic examination

     1. Specialist\'s consultation of internal diseases

           Clinical examination- it contains test of the respiratory system, cardio-vascular system, derma, abdomen, limbs;

           Electrocardiogram - 12 takeaways and analysis;

           Blood pressure;

           Conclusion and if necessary directing to a respective specialist.
